How to Use Sophos Connect

How to use Sophos Connect

· On the task bar, in the bottom right corner, click the ^ to show hidden icons

· Choose the  icon that appears in that window

· If you do not see the above icon, you can search “Sophos” in the search bar and Sophos Connect should appear.  Click on that.

· When the Sophos window opens, click on the connect button

· Type your network credentials

o EX: cperrino

o Password

· Wait for Sophos to connect

· You will receive a notification in your taskbar stating you are connected and you will see a green checkmark on the icon in your taskbar under the ^

· You will also see “connected” when you open up the Sophos Connect application

· It may take a minute or 2 for the network drives to become available and your mapped drives may still show a X, until you click on it to open.
