Emailing Photos using Outlook on iPhone 4.21

To send photos or documents from your phone using your Outlook email



For the first time:

1.       Open the Outlook App on your phone

2.       Click the new email symbol on the lower right of your screen

3.       Enter recipient (yourself if you are attempting to retrieve them from your computer)

4.       Enter the subject info

5.       Click the camera symbol in the lower left area of the screen

6.       For the first time, a security window pops up stating “Outlook Would like to Access Your Photos” select select more photos”. 

7.       Select the photos you would like to send

8.       Click the > symbol in the bottom right corner

9.       Click “done” in the lower right

10.   Select “reduce image size”

11.   Click the blue arrow symbol in the upper left

12.   Enter subject line if you prefer

13.   Click Send



Any time after the first time:    

1.       Open the Outlook App on your phone

2.        Click the new emailsymbol on the lower right of your screen

3.       Enter recipient (yourself if you are attempting to retrieve them from your computer)

4.       Enter the subject info

5.       Click the camera symbol in the lower left area of the screen

6.       You will be taken directly to camera. From here, you can either take a photo, or scan a document, or use the whiteboard feature.  Or select the media symbol in the lower left to take you to your existing photos.

7.       If you would like to choose existing photo(s), click the picture symbol in the lower left of the screen to open your available photos.

8.       Select the desired photos you wish to attach.

9.       After you have selected the photos, Click the > symbol in the bottom right corner

10.   Click “done” in the lower right

11.   Select “reduce image size”

12.   Click the blue arrow symbol in the upper left

13.   Enter subject line if you prefer

14.   Click Send
